Two Mile Ash Environmental Group – Privacy Policy (Oct.2018)

Under the new General Data Protection Regulations 2018 (GDPR) all organisations holding personal data (such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses) are obliged to seek and obtain permission to hold that data and to protect the privacy of the data providers.

Your rights as a Member of TMAEG

You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time and we will then delete your data.  You have the right to inspect the data we hold about you and to ask us to update it.  We will use it only to inform you about events and activities and to carry out the necessary functioning of TMAEG. If you are not happy with how we have handled your data you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), which is responsible for upholding information rights in the UK.

Our responsibilities as Officers of TMAEG     

We undertake to keep your data secure and not share it with any third party without your express permission. We shall only collect and process information about your interactions with us in order to conduct our lawful activities. This may include details of any donations you may make to us or of participation in any of our events eg Open Gardens.

Without your permission to hold and legitimately use your data we are obliged to delete the data we currently hold on you.
